Priced per governed seat. Three editions.
Govern360 is a per-seat annual subscription. You pay for the people whose AI activity you bring under policy — not for every model, connector, or report. Auditors, admins, and read-only viewers are free. Pricing is quoted on request so the number reflects your edition, term, and environment.
Choose the edition, then the headcount
Every edition is the same platform — the difference is how far you take enforcement. Most organizations land on Governance Suite and move to Enterprise when agents reach production.
AI Visibility
See what you have. For IT and business-unit pilots, or a limited first scope before a wider rollout.
Typically < 1,000 seatsIncludes
- AI Inventory + shadow AI discovery
- AI Posture Score (0–100)
- Risk Registry + audit log
- Access requests + approval routing
- Token Governance — monitoring

- MCP Gateway — tool-manifest pinning (SHA-256)
- Agent Identity — non-human identity governance
- Data Posture + Architecture Review (NIST / OWASP / MITRE)
- Dedicated CSM, SLAs, data residency, custom connectors
Why there's no list price here. The number depends on edition, seat count, term length, which enforcement planes you connect, and whether you need data residency. We'd rather quote you accurately on an order form than post a price you'd have to negotiate away from. Email info@aivons.com and you'll get a tailored quote and an editions mapping.
What counts as a governed seat
The definition that matters most in a per-seat model, stated plainly — so nothing about your bill is a surprise at renewal.
Counted
- Any user whose AI activity is covered by a Govern360 policy
- An employee using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude under policy
- A user routed through a connected enforcement plane or AI gateway
Not counted — free
- Read-only viewers
- Auditors
- Administrators
Agents and non-human identities. Seats count people. AI agents, non-human identities, and MCP tool access are governed under the Enterprise edition; how your agent and NHI estate is scoped is confirmed on your order form.
Which edition fits you
Two questions, no form. This gives you a starting point to bring into the quote conversation — not a price.
We'll point you at the edition most organizations in your position start with.
What you get in the first week
Read-only discovery, roughly five minutes per integration. No agents to deploy, no standing write credentials to hand over.
Architecture Review, Behavioral Risk, and SIEM streaming light up as more sources are connected. Time-to-value is designed for a typical read-only connection and will vary with your environment.
Included in every edition
Integrations
Microsoft Entra, Purview, Intune, Splunk, Sentinel, OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Gemini, and Vanta. Custom connectors at SOW.
Onboarding & support
Help connecting sources and standing up governance — not a metered add-on.
No standing credentials
Govern360 decides and compiles. It doesn't proxy your traffic or hold standing write credentials into your planes.
Enterprise & MSP options
Single-tenant for enterprises; multi-tenant with per-client isolation for partners and MSPs.
How buying works

Read-only connection and an initial AI Exposure assessment, so the edition recommendation is based on your estate rather than a guess.
A tailored per-seat quote and editions mapping, with volume and multi-year discounts applied.
Seat count, edition, term, and any residency or SLA commitments are set on a mutually executed order form under the AIVONS Master Subscription Agreement.
Pricing questions
How is Govern360 priced?
As a per-seat annual subscription across three editions — AI Visibility, Governance Suite, and Enterprise. Volume and multi-year term discounts apply. Pricing is available on request at info@aivons.com.
What counts as a governed seat?
Any user whose AI activity is covered by a Govern360 policy — for example, an employee using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude under policy. Read-only viewers, auditors, and administrators are free and never count against your seat total.
Do AI agents and non-human identities consume seats?
Seats count people. Agent governance, non-human identity governance, and MCP tool access are delivered in the Enterprise edition, and how your agent estate is scoped is confirmed on your order form.
Why isn't a list price published here?
Because the accurate number depends on edition, seat count, term, the enforcement planes you connect, and data residency. We quote on an order form rather than posting a rate you'd immediately have to negotiate.
Which edition do most organizations start with?
Governance Suite, typically between 1,000 and 10,000 employees — it's the first edition where policy is actually enforced and compliance evidence is produced. AI Visibility is the pilot path when the goal is to see the estate first. Enterprise is the move once agents reach production.
What happens when our headcount grows mid-term?
Additional seats are added at your contracted rate under the true-up terms in your order form, so growth doesn't trigger a renegotiation.
Are modules billed separately?
No. Within an edition you get the whole platform — Discover, Govern, Protect, Control, and Prove — as one control plane. You move between editions, not between à la carte modules.
Can we pilot before committing?
Yes. The AI Visibility edition exists for pilots and limited first scopes, and an AI Exposure Report is the usual starting point — read-only, roughly five minutes per integration, with your first inventory back within hours.
Tell us your headcount. We'll come back with a number.

This page is provided for information only and is not an offer, quotation, or binding commitment. Any subscription is governed by the AIVONS Master Subscription Agreement and the applicable Order Form, which control in the event of conflict. Feature availability varies by edition and region; Agent Action Control Plane, MCP Gateway, Agent Identity (NHI), Data Posture, and Architecture Review are Enterprise-only. Items described as new or forthcoming are in active development, are not commitments, and may change or be withdrawn. Govern360 decides and compiles policy into native configuration for enforcement planes the customer operates (Microsoft Purview, Intune, SASE, AI gateways); it does not proxy traffic or hold standing write credentials. Capabilities are described as designed or built to perform the stated functions and are not guarantees of any particular outcome, saving, or result. Token budgets alert and capture evidence; they do not block usage. SOC 2 Type II audit in progress (architected to the applicable Trust Services criteria; not yet certified); ISO/IEC 42001-aligned.
